  • Returns, refunds or exchanges

    We do not accept returns or exchanges. We will refund any item that has been damaged through the shipping process, please email us with photo evidence (you will need to cover shipping costs)

  • Tracking and shipping

    All products over $20 are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. All international & interstate parcels are sent in a protective cellophane slip and a rigid mailing envelope, or a cardboard mailing tube. Items below $20 do not include tracked shipping.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    We will be processing prints on the weekend of when your order was made.
    Most items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive (as all prints are made to order), although it may take much less time than that. When we post your order, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. If your order hasn't reached you 6 weeks after it was dispatched, please send us an email or a message through our contact tab.

  • How are your items packaged?

    All products are packaged in a biodegradable waterproof sleeve and posted inside a hardbacked rigid recyclable envelope, box or postal roll.

  • Do you do commission art pieces?

    Yessir! All communication for custom illustrations and orders will be done through email. Please see the custom art page on our store for more details or contact us if you have any questions.

  • I’m buying this as a gift for a friend. Do you include receipts with your items?

    We do not include paper receipts with orders - you will receive your order confirmation by email.

  • Do you do collaborations with brands and other makers?

    We love collaborating with people to make cute things. Send us an email or a message through our contact page.

  • I made a mistake with my order!

    If you have made a mistake with the address or details on your order, please email us straight away - We can't update details after a certain period of time.



 Please note if you are sending the order to a friend, it should be their name in the ‘customer name’ field, not your own.

  • Can I personalize or request a change to an item?

    We have commission/ custom prints available on our store. We are not able to make any personalisation/adjustment to other prints. If you want to commission a new custom illustration for someone, please find it on the store tab

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do! We ship all over the world. There are some restrictions on shipping to some countries. If you cannot find your location when checking out, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Whats a numbered print?

    Artists typically now number their prints so that collectors will know that this print edition is limited and that their print is part of the official edition (kinda like an NFT, but better and real). We will be printing 3 prints from each design. All prints will be numbered and signed at the back.
